Compliance
Services are available only in U.S. states where our partner providers are licensed. Health Rockit is a telehealth platform; medical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians.
How care is delivered
Health Rockit (operated by Here Brands LLC) provides the technology platform. Clinical consultations and prescribing decisions are made by licensed providers in the LocumTele network (locumtele.org). Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacy partners, including Rush Pharmacy (rushpharmacy.com). Health Rockit does not practice medicine and does not dispense medication.
Provider network — LocumTele
Clinical care on the platform is delivered through LocumTele, an independent network of U.S.-licensed physicians, physician associates, and nurse practitioners. A provider licensed in your state individually reviews every intake. There are no automated approvals: no prescription is issued unless a licensed provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate for you.
Pharmacy partner — Rush Pharmacy
Approved prescriptions are prepared and shipped by Rush Pharmacy, a licensed pharmacy that follows applicable state and federal quality standards. You are always free to obtain your prescription from any pharmacy of your choice by contacting support and notifying your prescribing healthcare professional.

States we do not serve
We do not currently serve California, New Jersey, or South Carolina.
Availability may change at any time based on provider licensure and regulatory requirements.
Synchronous-visit states
In some states, regulations require a synchronous (live audio/video) visit rather than an asynchronous review. Where required, your provider will schedule a live visit as part of your consultation.
Telehealth standards
Consultations follow established telemedicine practice standards. Every intake is evaluated individually by a licensed provider, who may ask follow-up questions, require a live visit where state law requires it, or determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your situation and recommend in-person care. In-person services are always an alternative, and you may choose an alternative at any time. Details of the telehealth relationship, its benefits, and its risks are described in our Telehealth Consent.
Health Rockit is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Prescription policy
- Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed provider determines treatment is medically appropriate — there is no guarantee of a prescription.
- Available compounds, including Semaglutide / Cyanocobalamin and Tirzepatide / Cyanocobalamin, are subject to medical eligibility, provider review, and the laws of your state. See Medications for details.
- Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved drugs; a licensed provider will discuss whether treatment is right for you.
- Providers in the LocumTele network review each intake individually and remain responsible for all prescribing decisions.
- Pricing is presented during your secure online visit before any commitment.
HIPAA-conscious data handling
Your health information is handled with HIPAA-conscious safeguards: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that limit information to those involved in your care, and business associate agreements with our clinical and pharmacy partners. Your information is used for your care — handled securely and never sold. For a full description of how information is collected, used, and protected, and your rights over it, see our Privacy Policy.
Regulatory review
We maintain an ongoing regulatory review process covering our provider network arrangements, pharmacy partnerships, state availability, and marketing practices, and we update this page as requirements evolve.
Services are not available in all states. Availability may change at any time based on provider licensure and regulatory requirements. All treatments are subject to medical review, and prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate.
Compliance FAQ
Which states does Health Rockit serve?
Health Rockit serves patients in 47 U.S. states. We do not serve California, South Carolina, or New Jersey. Availability depends on provider licensure and may change over time — the full list is published above on this page.
Who are your pharmacies?
Prescriptions are filled by Rush Pharmacy (https://rushpharmacy.com/), a licensed pharmacy partner. You are always free to fill your prescription at any pharmacy of your choice — just contact support and notify your prescribing provider.
Who is your provider network?
Clinical consultations and medical review are provided through LocumTele (https://locumtele.org/), an independent network of licensed physicians and clinicians. A provider licensed in your state reviews every intake before any prescription is issued.
What does the online consultation involve?
You complete a secure online health intake, which typically takes 10–15 minutes. A licensed provider then reviews your health history and goals. Depending on your state and your answers, the provider may message you follow-up questions or require a synchronous (live) visit before making a decision. See How It Works for the full process.
How long does shipping take?
After a provider approves your treatment plan, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, which prepares and ships your medication with tracking. You'll receive your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What happens if I'm not approved?
Not everyone is a candidate, and that's the point of medical review. If a provider determines treatment isn't medically appropriate for you, no prescription is issued and you are not charged for medication.
What support do I get after I start?
Ongoing care is part of the service. You can message your care team through your secure patient portal with questions about your treatment, side effects, or dosing, and our support team can help with shipping and account questions.
