Step by Step

The Health Rockit journey

From intake to ongoing care, every stage is transparent — and every prescribing decision belongs to a licensed provider.

  1. Online Consultation

Complete a secure health intake from your phone or computer. You'll answer questions about your health history, current medications, and goals so a provider has what they need to evaluate you.

    • Takes about 10–15 minutes
    • Secure online visit
  2. Clinical Review

A licensed provider in your state reviews your health history and may follow up with questions or require a live visit where state law requires it. There are no automated approvals — a clinician evaluates every intake individually.

    • Provider oversight
    • Individual review
  3. Personalized Plan

If determined eligible, you receive a treatment plan tailored to you, including the medication, dosing guidance, and what to watch for.

Note: All prescriptions are subject to provider approval and clinical eligibility criteria. If treatment isn't appropriate, no prescription is issued.

  4. Delivery & Ongoing Support

Approved prescriptions are filled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to your door. Message your care team through your secure portal whenever you have questions about your treatment, side effects, or dosing.

What to Expect

Before you begin

  • Honest answers matter

Your provider's decision depends on the information you share. Complete, truthful answers about your health history and medications keep your care safe.

  • Review takes time by design

A clinician reads every intake. Depending on your state and your answers, you may be asked follow-up questions or scheduled for a live visit before a decision is made.

  • Approval is never guaranteed

Not everyone is a candidate — that's the point of medical review. If treatment isn't medically appropriate for you, no prescription is issued.

  • Pricing shown before commitment

Pricing is presented during your secure online visit and confirmed only after provider review — there is no charge for medication unless a provider approves your plan.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which states does Health Rockit serve?

Health Rockit serves patients in 47 U.S. states. We do not currently serve California, South Carolina, or New Jersey. Availability depends on provider licensure and may change over time — see our Compliance page for the full list.

Which pharmacy fills my prescription?

Prescriptions are filled by Rush Pharmacy (rushpharmacy.com), a licensed pharmacy partner. You are always free to fill your prescription at any pharmacy of your choice — just contact support and notify your prescribing provider.

Who reviews my medical intake?

Clinical consultations and medical review are provided through LocumTele (locumtele.org), an independent network of licensed physicians and clinicians. A provider licensed in your state reviews every intake before any prescription is issued.

What does the online consultation involve?

You complete a secure online health intake, which typically takes 10–15 minutes. A licensed provider then reviews your health history and goals. Depending on your state and your answers, the provider may message you follow-up questions or require a synchronous (live) visit before making a decision.

How long does shipping take?

After a provider approves your treatment plan, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, which prepares and ships your medication with tracking. You'll receive your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What happens if I'm not approved?

Not everyone is a candidate, and that's the point of medical review. If a provider determines treatment isn't medically appropriate for you, no prescription is issued and you are not charged for medication.

What support do I get after I start?

Ongoing care is part of the service. You can message your care team through your secure patient portal with questions about your treatment, side effects, or dosing, and our support team can help with shipping and account questions.
