Regulatory Compliance & Patient Safety

The Health Rockit Standard

Physician Reviewed

Every prescription treatment on our platform is subject to individual medical review by a licensed provider in your state.

Licensed Pharmacies

We work with licensed pharmacies that follow state and federal quality standards.

Secure & Confidential

Your medical records and personal health information are protected with encryption and HIPAA-conscious safeguards.

Eligibility & important information

Treatment availability is subject to medical eligibility, provider review, and the laws of your state. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate, and only in the states we serve — we do not currently serve California, South Carolina, or New Jersey. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved drugs; a licensed provider will discuss whether treatment is right for you. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Health Rockit is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Your information is handled securely and used for your care. See our Compliance page for state availability and our Telehealth Consent for how telehealth care works.

See if treatment is right for you

Every plan is reviewed by a licensed provider before any prescription is issued. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which states does Health Rockit serve?

Health Rockit serves patients in 47 U.S. states. We do not currently serve California, South Carolina, or New Jersey. Availability depends on provider licensure and may change over time — see our Compliance page for the full list.

Which pharmacy fills my prescription?

Prescriptions are filled by Rush Pharmacy (rushpharmacy.com), a licensed pharmacy partner. You are always free to fill your prescription at any pharmacy of your choice — just contact support and notify your prescribing provider.

Who reviews my medical intake?

Clinical consultations and medical review are provided through LocumTele (locumtele.org), an independent network of licensed physicians and clinicians. A provider licensed in your state reviews every intake before any prescription is issued.

What does the online consultation involve?

You complete a secure online health intake, which typically takes 10–15 minutes. A licensed provider then reviews your health history and goals. Depending on your state and your answers, the provider may message you follow-up questions or require a synchronous (live) visit before making a decision.

How long does shipping take?

After a provider approves your treatment plan, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, which prepares and ships your medication with tracking. You'll receive your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What happens if I'm not approved?

Not everyone is a candidate, and that's the point of medical review. If a provider determines treatment isn't medically appropriate for you, no prescription is issued and you are not charged for medication.

What support do I get after I start?

Ongoing care is part of the service. You can message your care team through your secure patient portal with questions about your treatment, side effects, or dosing, and our support team can help with shipping and account questions.
